Karene brings her extensive Violin expertise to help students succeed while also bringing a kind spirit, friendliness, experience, and patience to work with all students, whether their pace of progress is quick or slow. Karene helps students foster a love for music that helps them work through any obstacle they might face. Students will believe they can do great things and will be taught in a safe environment where they feel free to take on exciting challenges.
The JESM Strings program empowers musicians using proper fundamentals, a core curriculum designed to fit each student’s needs, and helping students connect to music where they can also play music that they choose. From J.S. Bach, to Antonio Vivaldi, to Ludwig Van Beethoven, to the Suzuki method, to Movie/Broadway themes, to Pop/Rock music, or even Bluegrass/Fiddle, a student can learn it at the JESM. Your student will excel in their school’s orchestra and school’s music programs as Karene will work hand in hand with the music of your student’s orchestra teacher. Karene can utilize multiple string method programs in her teaching, and can also utilize the Suzuki method if the parent/student desires.
